Thirsty Work Case Study: Rockfish

Rockfish chose a Pura Cobra still and sparkling drinking water system to provide restaurant users with filtered water instead of purchased bottled water. 

The undercounter module offers a solution to save countertop space, with the cooler being installed discretely under the bar. This is paired with our twin Cobra tap for the traditional bar dispense of still and sparkling water, providing an instant pour of chilled water to negate the necessity of storing bottled water in service fridges.

This allows Rockfish to store more of the higher profit margin drinks within their fridges for service.
