How to Rent a Water Cooler

A WHA-qualified engineer delivers and fits your cooler. Bottled coolers plug into a standard socket. Mains-fed coolers connect to your water supply.

We sanitise your cooler, change the filters and fix any faults. It’s all part of your rental.
Water Coolers and Dispensers You Can Rent
We offer water dispenser rental on all the main types of cooler. Mains-fed water coolers connect to your water supply, so there are no bottles to store or change. Bottled water coolers only need a plug socket and a bottle of our spring water.

We price every water cooler rental on a quote. Two sites rarely need the same set-up, so one price list would be wrong for most people. These are the things that change the price:
- The type of cooler, bottled or mains-fed
- Whether you want chilled, hot or sparkling water
- How many coolers you need and how many people will use them
- How much bottled water you order (bottled coolers)
- Whether we need to run a water supply to the cooler (mains-fed coolers)

We supply rental water coolers anywhere in the UK. We deliver, install and service coolers from our offices in Exeter, Plymouth, Swindon, London, Portsmouth, Walsall and Scotland. Find your nearest team on our locations page.
It depends on the cooler, how many you need and how much water you use. We quote each site separately, and the rental covers installation, servicing and repairs. Ask for a free quote and we’ll price it for you.
Your agreement runs for 12 months. After that it renews for 12 months at a time, unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. Our guide to water cooler contracts explains what to check before you sign.
We sanitise every rented cooler to WHA standards as part of your rental. Mains-fed coolers get a filter change every 6 months. Bottled coolers are swapped for a fresh machine twice a year.
A mains-fed cooler connects to your building’s water supply. The water runs through a filter and the cooler chills it on demand, so there are no bottles to store or lift. Some models also give hot or sparkling water. Our engineer finds the nearest water source and runs the supply to where you want the cooler.
