Your Guide to Fault Finding Your PuraServe Bottling System or Tap

The following advice has been produced to help you to identify any faults with your PuraServe water bottling system or tap that can be quickly and easily fixed without the need for an engineer call-out. In this guide you’ll learn what to do if your water dispenser: 
Is Leaking, 
Isn’t Chilling, 
Isn't Dispensing or Is Slow,
Is Running Noisily,
Isn't Fizzy Or Is Tasting Flat,
If Only Gas Is Dispensing From The Carbonated Tap.

How to Change Your Sparkling Water Cylinders

If you have a sparkling water tap or water bottling system installed then you will need to change your CO2 gas cylinder regularly, to keep your water sparking.  These cylinders are easily changeable, please read our guide to learn how. The gas you require is Food Grade CO2, this is commonly known as Suregas and is available in multiple sizes. We recommend sizes SB or E as these can fit under your worktop, or B if storage size is not an issue.
