Thirsty Work delivers bottled water, cups and water coolers across North, South, East and West London from our depot in Hemel Hempstead, close to the M25 and M1. Our vans run into the city every working day, so whether you are in the City, Canary Wharf, the West End or an industrial estate on the edge of Greater London, we can get water to you.

Delivery and installation are free anywhere in London and the South East. Every order is brought by one of our own fully trained drivers, and your cooler is installed by a qualified engineer.

We cover the surrounding Hertfordshire towns from the same depot, so water delivery in London and the areas just outside it comes from one local team.

Our London water delivery service covers everything a bottled water cooler needs:

• 18.9 litre and 13 litre refillable bottles of natural spring water, bottled in Shropshire beside the Wenlock Edge
• 15 litre PET bottles for construction sites, film sets and events where returning empties is not practical
• Water cooler cups, including recyclable paper cups
• Replacement filters and accessories

You can order on demand by phone or email, or set up a regular delivery so you never run out. A team of ten typically gets through one 18.9 litre bottle every three to five days, and our team can help you work out the right schedule.

Empty bottles are collected on your next delivery and go back to be cleaned and refilled. We have run a bottle deposit scheme since 1995, and there are over 220,000 of our 18.9 litre bottles in use in place of single use plastic. Read about where our water comes from.

Most London customers rent a bottled water cooler from us and get free water delivery included. Rental packages start at less than £1 a day and include delivery, installation, sanitisation, filter changes, parts, labour and call outs.

If you would rather not have bottles delivered at all, a mains fed water cooler plumbs into your existing supply and gives unlimited filtered water with no deliveries to manage. That suits offices with no room to store bottles.
