Control your water dispenser from your smartphone. Using Bluetooth® technology, the app enables B3.2 Elite and B6 users to dispense water hands-free. This makes it ideal for use in high footfall locations such as offices and factories. All users will need the app installed on their device. Your dispenser must be app-enabled by our engineers.

How often do you service my machine?
A Thirsty Work engineer will arrive to service your machine every 6 months.
Do I need to book a service, and what does it cost?
An engineer will automatically arrive to carry out servicing on your machine. Routine 6 monthly servicing is included with your monthly fee.
Where can a mains fed water cooler be installed?
When you choose a mains fed water cooler the machine will need to be installed where there is easy access to a mains water source. A water cooler will fit into a convenient space in your workplace, to suit every environment, from small home offices to large catering and hospitality venues.
Depending on your dispenser model type and compatibility one of our engineers will be with you to enable the app on your dispenser.
Once you have booked your installation please download the app to your phone from the Apple App Store, or from Google Play. Please contact us to check model compatibility and to activate this feature on your dispenser.
