How often do you service my machine?
A Thirsty Work engineer will arrive to service your machine every 6 months.
Do I need to book a service, and what does it cost?
An engineer will automatically arrive to carry out servicing on your machine. Routine 6 monthly servicing is included with your monthly fee.

When you choose a mains fed water fountain or bottle filler the machine will need to be installed where there is easy access to a mains water source.
