The external cabinet takes up minimal floor space and can be secured to either the wall or floor using pre-drilled location holes. Designed for durability, with rust-proof, vandal-proof and incredibly strong properties, a wipe-clean exterior means that everyday maintenance is kept to a minimum.
The integrated Green Ticker informs users just how many 20oz plastic water bottles have been saved from waste through the use of the refill station.

How often do you service my machine?
A Thirsty Work engineer will arrive to service your machine every 6 months.
Do I need to book a service, and what does it cost?
An engineer will automatically arrive to carry out servicing on your machine. Routine 6 monthly servicing is included with your monthly fee.
Where can a water fountain be installed?
When you choose a mains fed water fountain or bottle filler the machine will need to be installed where there is easy access to a mains water source. A water fountain will fit into a convenient space, to suit every environment, from gyms and sports complexes, hospitals, schools, and offices to large catering and hospitality venues.
The Elkay-Refill Stream requires adequate floor space for installation. Please ensure that the following is available where the system is to be installed. All of the below can be confirmed in your site survey:
- A potable mains water supply within 5 metres of unit installation location.
- A 240-volt electric socket within 1 metre of unit location.
- A suitable waste pipe for the removal of excess water.
