Using a combination of mechanical and carbon filtration, every filter is designed to reduce the number of harmful contaminants, sediment, and chlorine found in mains water – and any bad smells or tastes too. It can also remove trace plastics down to 0.001mm in size.

Yes, some mains fed water cooler models include a hot or “near boiling” option (typically 90-95 °C) for warm beverages. If you need fully boiling water, check specific model specs. Always follow safety guidance (e.g. use a safety latch) when dispensing hot water.
Lead times vary by model and stock levels, but typically installation can be scheduled within a few days to a couple of weeks after order. Installation of a mains fed water cooler (plumbing + set up) is usually complete within half a day, depending on distance from the mains water feed and routing.
Your cooler’s filter is replaced every 6 months as part of the maintenance plan. If the filter is overdue, performance (taste, odour, flow rate) can deteriorate, and there is greater risk of contaminants passing through. We monitor schedules and notify you before each replacement is due.
